How BrightBridge works

1. Tell us what you need

Sign up and answer a few questions about your subject, grade, goals and available days and times. Verify your email; your tutor request is sent automatically. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

2. Meet your tutor and agree on a time

We’ll notify you when a tutor is assigned. In Lessons & schedule, approve their suggested weekly times or suggest a different time. Times appear in your own time zone.

3. Choose your subscription

Each monthly payment adds lesson credits to your account. One credit covers one lesson at your plan’s session length.

• 4 sessions/month = 4 lesson credits at each monthly renewal, usually one lesson a week.
• 8 sessions/month = 8 lesson credits at each monthly renewal, usually two lessons a week.
• For any other option, the session count shown at checkout is the number of credits you receive.

Your plan sets the lesson length, such as 60 or 90 minutes. Your approved weekly schedule books automatically when matching paid credits are available.

Your credits carry over

Unused credits carry forward to a later month for the same tutor and lesson length. They do not disappear when your subscription renews.

If you do not attend a booked lesson, its credit is returned after attendance checks, starting 24 hours after the lesson ends. Conflicting attendance records are reviewed by BrightBridge before a credit is returned.

4. Join your classroom

Your confirmed sessions appear on your dashboard. The Join lesson link becomes available 24 hours before the session. Open your classroom when it’s time to learn.
